This English version is provided for information only. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Spanish versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the booking of services offered by Back to Back Ibiza, including audiovisual equipment hire, event production and technical services.
2. Booking process
Customers may submit a request through the booking form or by contacting us directly. A booking is not confirmed until it has been confirmed in writing and 50% of the total amount has been paid as a deposit.
3. Payment methods

Credit/debit card
PayPal
The remaining 50% must be paid before the event begins. It may be paid on the day itself, but always before the service starts.
4. Cancellation policy
If the customer cancels the event, the 50% paid as a deposit will be forfeited.
If the cancellation is due to demonstrable force majeure, a partial refund or a change of date may be considered.
If the event is called off by the organiser, Back to Back Ibiza will not refund the deposit already paid.
5. Liability
The customer is responsible for the proper use of the hired equipment. In the event of damage, loss or misuse, the cost of the corresponding repair or replacement may be claimed.
